Customers may contact support@home-ecosystems.com about the website, an order,
a product, an app account, privacy, accessibility, a security issue or a
complaint. Do not send passwords, network credentials, certificate private keys
or full payment-card details.
Accuracy and availability
Home Ecosystems takes reasonable care to keep website information accurate and
current. Product availability, third-party compatibility, app-platform support,
cloud features and release dates may change. Only features identified as
available for the relevant product, app version, territory and order are part
of a contract.
Content marked preview, prototype, beta, development, planned, “coming soon” or
subject to a release gate is informational and not a promise of commercial
availability.
Nothing on this site is medical, veterinary, electrical-engineering, structural,
legal or other regulated professional advice. Product instructions and the
accepted scope of a commissioned service must be followed.
Intellectual property
Unless another licence is expressly stated, website content, app content,
photographs, graphics, designs, documentation, proprietary software and Home
Ecosystems branding are owned by or licensed to Home Ecosystems SrL. They may

Open-source firmware
Home Ecosystems firmware identified as open source is made available under
Apache License 2.0, together with any required notices and third-party licences.
That licence permits use, modification and redistribution, including commercial
use, subject to its conditions. It does not grant trademark rights, certify a
modified build or make the proprietary Home Ecosystems app and cloud services
open source.
The firmware source, releases, applicable licence and developer information are
published through the firmware and developer resources identified on this
website.
Trademarks and third parties
Home Ecosystems names, logos and product marks belong to Home Ecosystems SrL.
Other product and company names belong to their respective owners.
References to third-party products describe intended compatibility only and do
not imply endorsement, partnership or support for every model. Consult the
current supported-device list for exact models, generations and modes.
External links are provided for convenience. An independent site is responsible
for its own content, terms and privacy practices.
Consumer rights and liability
The Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy and Terms of
Service form part of the website's legal information. Nothing in this Legal
Notice limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be
excluded.
Governing law
This Legal Notice is governed by Italian law. For consumers, this does not
remove mandatory protections or jurisdiction rights of the country where they
habitually reside.
The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is not linked because it was
discontinued in 2025. Consumers retain access to competent courts and any
